- Once we receive your return, we will inspect your product and apply the refund as a gift card/store credit.
- You can use your credit to either purchase a different size or use it toward your next order.

Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

If the return isn’t shipped within 7 days, your card will be charged—but we’ll issue a refund once we get the item back.
