ONLINE: Customers have a 14 day period starting once the item is delivered, to return items to our store. - Check the return policy that was included in your package to make sure that your order falls within the 14 day return window and was not part of a final sale (30% or higher discount)
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect your product and apply the refund as a gift card/store credit.
- You can use your credit to either purchase a different size or use it toward your next order.

Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
