- Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Place your order as usual, add a note at checkout requesting expedited shipping, and then call the store (850-567-1805). We’ll invoice you the upgraded shipping cost minus the standard shipping fee you already paid.

RETURNS

- IN-STORE: Customers have a 14 day period from the date the item was purchased to return items to our store.
ONLINE: Customers have a 14 day period starting once the item is delivered, to return items to our store. - HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY- Any order placed December 1–31 qualifies for our extended 30-day return window.
- Check the return policy that was included in your package to make sure that your order falls within the 14 day return window and was not part of a final sale (30% or higher discount)
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect your product and apply the refund as a gift card/store credit.
- You can use your credit to either purchase a different size or use it toward your next order.
- Please note: We only allow returns for exchange or store credit.

Sparkle Tallahassee offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
To speed up your exchange, select the instant exchange option when submitting your request. We’ll begin fulfilling your order right away. A temporary hold will be placed on your card and released once we receive the original item. If the return isn’t shipped within 7 days, your card will be charged—but we’ll issue a refund once we get the item back.
*We cannot accept items that are not within our return window, were final sale, or no longer have tags on them.
