  • Processing Time: Orders take one week to process before being shipped out. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!
  • Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Place your order as usual, add a note at checkout requesting expedited shipping, and then call the store (850-567-1805). We’ll invoice you the upgraded shipping cost minus the standard shipping fee you already paid.
• RETURNS
  • IN-STORE: Customers have a 14 day period from the date the item was purchased to return items to our store. 
    ONLINE: Customers have a 14 day period starting once the item is delivered, to return items to our store.
  • Check the return policy that was included in your package to make sure that your order falls within the 14 day return window and was not part of a final sale (30% or higher discount)
  • Mail your item(s) back to us at: Sparkle Tallahassee, 2627 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect your product and apply the refund as a gift card/store credit.
  • You can use your credit to either purchase a different size or use it toward your next order :) 

*We cannot accept items that are not within our return window, were final sale, or no longer have tags on them.
