RETURNS

- IN-STORE: Customers have a 14 day period from the date the item was purchased to return items to our store.
ONLINE: Customers have a 14 day period starting once the item is delivered, to return items to our store. - Check the return policy that was included in your package to make sure that your order falls within the 14 day return window and was not part of a final sale.
- Items must be returned in original, unused, and resellable condition. Original manufacturer packaging (including shoe boxes) must not be used as the shipping container and must be returned undamaged.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect your product and apply the refund as a gift card/store credit.
- You can use your credit to either purchase a different size or use it toward your next order.
- Please note: We only allow returns for exchange or store credit.

- Any items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs to have the item send back to them.

UNCLAIMED/ABANDONED RETURNS

If we receive a return that:
- Was not approved through our return portal, or
- Requires customer response (ex: denied return, finale sale item, etc.)

We will contact the customer using the information provided on the order.
- If no reponse is received within 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned items may be:
- Restocked
- Donated to a local charity
- Disposed of at our discretion
- No refunds, store credit, or compensation will be issued for abandoned items.

Sparkle Tallahassee offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

- Orders must be picked up within 30 days of the fulfillment notification.

- If an order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned.
