  • Processing Time: Orders take 2-3 business days to process before being shipped out. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!
  • Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Place your order as usual, add a note at checkout requesting expedited shipping, and then call the store (850-567-1805). We’ll invoice you the upgraded shipping cost minus the standard shipping fee you already paid.
• RETURNS
  • To start your return or exchange, click here!
  • IN-STORE: Customers have a 14 day period from the date the item was purchased to return items to our store. 
    ONLINE: Customers have a 14 day period starting once the item is delivered, to return items to our store.
  • Check the return policy that was included in your package to make sure that your order falls within the 14 day return window and was not part of a final sale.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused, and resellable condition. Original manufacturer packaging (including shoe boxes) must not be used as the shipping container and must be returned undamaged. 
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect your product and apply the refund as a gift card/store credit.
  • You can use your credit to either purchase a different size or use it toward your next order.
  • Please note: We only allow returns for exchange or store credit.
• UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
  • Returns MUST BE submitted through our return portal for approval prior to sending items back. 
    • Any items returned without prior authorization will not be processed. 
    • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs to have the item send back to them. 
    • We are not responsible for items returned without approval. 
• UNCLAIMED/ABANDONED RETURNS
  • If we receive a return that:
    • Was not approved through our return portal, or
    • Requires customer response (ex: denied return, finale sale item, etc.)
  • We will contact the customer using the information provided on the order. 
    • If no reponse is received within 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned. 
  • Abandoned items may be:
    • Restocked
    • Donated to a local charity
    • Disposed of at our discretion
  • No refunds, store credit, or compensation will be issued for abandoned items. 
• FINAL SALE - the following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for our regular return policy.

Sparkle Tallahassee offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

To speed up your exchange, select the instant exchange option when submitting your request. We’ll begin fulfilling your order right away. A temporary hold will be placed on your card and released once we receive the original item. If the return isn’t shipped within 7 days, your card will be charged—but we’ll issue a refund once we get the item back.

*We cannot accept items that are not within our return window, were final sale, or no longer have tags on them.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

• We offer local pickup as a convenient option for our customers! Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification for pickup. 
  • Orders must be picked up within 30 days of the fulfillment notification.
  • As a courtesy, our team may attempt to reach out using the contact information provided on your order.
  • If an order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned.
• ABANDONED ORDERS:
  • Items may be restocked, donated to a local charity, or otherwise forfeited at our discretion.
  • No refunds or store credit will be issued for unclaimed orders.
